I have always enjoyed the outdoors, whether it’s going on a day walk in the hills, mountain biking, road cycling or doing a trail run.

I have one teenage daughter who keeps me busy trying to understand the youth of today, and who is also into sport, especially swimming.

Edge Property Care Canterbury Story So Far.

In the early years, I worked as an apprentice upholsterer out of school, before moving into sales and customer service based roles, then retraining as a bicycle mechanic which lead to being selected as one of the two New Zealand team cross country mechanics for the Rotorua World Cup in 2006.

Moving with my young family to Christchurch late in 2006 I continued to work in the cycle industry till after the earthquakes, where I then changed careers and became a waterproofing estimate/installer. Later working at Selwyn District Council as their Facilities Support Officer.

Starting Edge Property Care Canterbury in early 2023, allowed me to put together all the skills I have learnt over time. Problem solving, and superior customer service being at the forefront. I work closely with a number of trades, other local gardeners, and property managers of top Real Estate firms in Christchurch.
